Bug Description

Guys - we on AskUbuntu.com are receiving a number of support questions. So we would like to help you out by developing an answer as to the best route for support.

e.g. read the FAQs, WIKI etc etc.

Please can you look at our answer and either respond via this "bug" report or edit the answer where you think it can be improved/inaccurate etc.

That question is specifically asking the question of how to best report a bug against Ubuntu, not Ubuntu One. For Ubuntu One, the best way to report a bug against any of the Ubuntu One projects, is to do so on Launchpad. For support requests (accounts, music purchase issues, or to contact the support team), we have a separate request tracker, https://one.ubuntu.com/support/contact/ you can use to contact support. We also have a mailing list at https://launchpad.net/~ubuntuone-users which anyone can join.

Just to clarify - on AskUbuntu - the link is a generic question we use for all ubuntu bugs and support issues and is not specific to Ubuntu One.

As you have indicated, AskUbuntu will redirect all UbuntuOne and UbuntuOne Android requests to the contact support email address.

If you want AskUbuntu users to file any additional information through the launchpad address let us know what to include in our Ubuntu One answer.
