Some songs are not listed in "Music library"

I have an album in the cloud. It contains 13 songs.

I can see all the mp3 files from the web interface at https://one.ubuntu.com/files/.
I can see all the mp3 files in the "U1 Files" android app.
However, when browsing music library in the "U1 Music" android app, the subject album contains only 9 songs. 4 songs are missing.

I will provide any required details to resolve this issue.

I ran a job on your account to rescan your music. If this doesn't fix the problem for you, can you please send a support request to us at https://one.ubuntu.com/help/contact and let us know the name of at least one file that is not showing up?

It'd be good though if that rescan always happened automatically.

I am also experiencing this problem. It seems really hit and miss as to which songs are available.

Any help with this would be appreciated, especially either a fix that keeps it from happening, or a way to manually initiate that rescan client-side.

This is still a problem for me. I just discovered that at least some of the songs are listed under unknown artist. I just checked and verified that all of the songs I checked (possibly all of the ones I didn't check as well) have correct metadata that should be read but isn't. This may be the whole problem, as there are quite a few songs listed as unknown artist - unknown album, but it may not be, it's difficult to verify.
