Bug Description

Android client blocks handset buttons from controlling other players.

Application like 'Autostarts' shows, the problem is: receiver net.appforge.subsonic.androidapp.receiver.MediaButtonIntentReceiver handles action android.intentaction.MEDIA_BUTTON with prioriy 1.
Whilst all other apps handle with priority 0.
