allow 30GB as max cache size

Bug Description

For those of us with 32GB SDHC cards, it'd be nice to have 30GB as a max cache size. Right now, the only choice above 20GB is unlimited, which doesn't allow reserving space for other data.

Why instead you don't you use percentage like 10% 20% .. 90% 100% and show how much space it is, in front, based on the storage device used. You will never need to worry about that ever again.
