saving configs requires nonOAuth username/password

Bug Description


 if (StringUtil.isNullOrEmpty(username) || StringUtil.isNullOrEmpty(password)
            || StringUtil.isNullOrEmpty(serverUri)) { ... FAIL }

To reproduce: Set up new account. Menu, settings, change something like Contacts=DownloadOnly. Save.

This make the prefences of the mobile app totally useless.

As mentioned before, this makes the whole preferences unusable, so I think this bug should have an importance: High

This prevents enabling automatic contact sync, which makes the app entirely useless.
