Bug Description
When using the official releases aka Pro/Enhanced on ubuntukylin.com and the generic releases on releases.ubuntu.com sometimes the system crashes and goes into emergency mode when a USB has been kept inserted into the computer upon starting up the system this also happens with the GRUB_RECORDFAIL
