Bug Description
In 3.1 of the Ubuntu Kylin User interface the taskbar mode is in dock mode for those that wish the taskbar to be in non-dock mode aka Windows-style the option to change isn't implemented it should be something similar to the way Deepin does it with a selection to change from one to the other.
