Bug Description
system version：ubuntukylin 19.04
test case：
1. Click on the network icon in the panel
2, choose wireless network
3. Click the Add Network button.
1、右下角点击网络图标
2、选择无线网络
3、点击添加网络按钮
actual result：No added network button
无添加网络按钮
expected result：Successfully added hidden network
可添加隐藏网络
