Bug Description

In the latest iso(20170125), the features related to the release version are still those about 16.10,such as:
(1) "about this computer", the version is still 16.10
(2) "Ubuntu Kylin help", the version is still 16.10

"about this computer", the version is still 16.10 - fixed.

but, "login interface", the version is still 16.10.

the plymouth version is also still 16.10 as attached picture showed.
