The Fcitx Input Method cannot be launched by itself.

【输入法】主题显示正常的情况下(即HP笔记本上)，试用模式&安装后的系统，小企鹅输入法均无法自动启用(菜单栏无小企鹅输入法图标)，即使终端输入“fcitx”手动启用，重启后仍然无法自动启用。
