  [Test Case]
1. choose Sogou Pinyin as the input method
2. click 'Sogou Pinyin icon' in panel & click '设置'-‘常用’
3. check "更换颜色" & click the pull-down menu
4. choose “背景颜色”
5. click "设置颜色" & set background color
6. type some Chinese, check the background color has been changed or not.
Expected Result: yes
Actual Result: no
