No default setting for "When power is critically low" in Power settings.

电源设置中”电量严重不足时“没有默认选项

Steps:
1. Install the latest Ubuntu kylin Vivid x64 OS
2. Enter into System settings-->Power
3. Check the default value of "When power is critically low"
-->Failed. No default value for it

Configuration:
OS: Ubuntu Kylin vivid Daily build 20150122 x64

the default setting for "when power is critically low" in power settings is "suspend",but it can't be setted to "suspended"(i don't know the reason), you can input command: gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power critical-battery-action "shutdown",we can set the default setting in package of gnome-settings-daemon.

笔记本默认设置为“休眠”，但是系统安装在本子上“休眠”选项不可选，所以这项就变成空白了，只要将gsetting的设置改为“shutdown”电源关闭就可以了，这个默认设置被集成在gnome-settings-daemon里面。改一下然后安装应该就可以了

in the ubuntu-settings package, the file of 10_ubuntu-settings.gschema.override override "critical-battery-action = 'suspend'",but unity-control-center don't provide the option of "suspend",so it show us blank

simple way to fix this is change ubuntu-settings package, set default value "critical-battery-action = 'shutdown'", good way is default value hibernate and fall back to shutdown, but I don't think it worthy to do because seldom user will enable hibernate.
