Unable to find Open layouts folder in Onboard Preferences.

1. click "System Menu" icon->Universal Access->Typing
2. open "On Screening Keyboard"
3. Click Onborad Icon in panel->Preferences->Layout->Open layouts folder

-->Failed. Prompt "Unable to find the requested file. Please check the spelling and try again."

This most likely doesn't happen anymore with trunk. "Open layouts folder" has changed a bit to use xdg-open, see bug #1322368. FWIW, I don't get any errors here.

There's no package for Vivid yet, though. Francesco, would you mind to add one?
