The Hover Click function works abnormal.

The Hover Click function works abnormal. After turn on Hover Click in System settings-->Universal Access-->Pointing and Clicking, there a dialog pop up, click "x" to close this dialog, then turn off Hover Click. Turn on Hover Click again, the dialog displays abnormal.

Steps:
1. Enter into System settings-->Universal Access-->Pointing and Clicking
2. Turn on Hover Click ,
3. Click "x" to close the popup dialog
4. Turn off Hover Click
5. Turn on Hover Click again
-->Failed. The dialog displays abnormal.
