用 chromium 浏览器访问带 flash 页面, 点击"安装插件"按钮, 浏览器此时打开 http://wiki.ubuntu.com/Chromium/Getting-Flash 页面, 全为英文。

On the wiki, there is an indication for Japanese translation of the content, linking to another page. We can do the same for the moment as workaround, and continue to see what we can do better for solving the problem.

In my POV, it's not good UX to give user a guide and ask them to follow certain process. A better solution would be triggering software center and install it for users. What do you think?

If multiverse is enabled and pepperflashplugin-nonfree can be found, it'll be the best that the plugin can be installed for the user. If multiverse is not enabled and in case the plugin can't be found, users should be brought to a wiki page in the appropriate language.
