Bug Description

After Ubuntu Kylin 14.04-Beta1 was installed, new ubuntu kylin theme was shown. However when I opened System Setting and set theme, ubuntu Kylin theme miss and can not find again.

index.theme is in the abnormal format.

Because gnome-control-center-unity is not allows to select third-party themes.
