Bug Description
It would be useful to have a forwarding from dev.ubuntu.com to developer.
Advantage is it's simply shorter therefor easier to remember and easier to write.
Many other sites use 'dev' too. (e.g. Microsoft, Android)
(android even provides d.android.com)
