The Commercial Software FAQ page (http://developer.ubuntu.com/publish/commercial-software-faqs/) has several references to the "Commercial Software Centre Publishing Policy". Yet no where on the site can I find this policy nor any obvious links to where it may be found.

Just noticed this problem too, especially since the FAQ specifies that open source apps are covered in some special ways with the policy.
