Bug Description
One of the areas that app developers are often confused about are how they can build translations support into their apps. I would like us to ensure that we have a page on http://
I key part of this page should be explaining that Qt apps must use gettext to be considered for inclusion in Ubuntu.
I am assigning this to David as this is most logically his area. There should be a chapter in the Ubuntu Manual about this too.

I agree we need to provide docs on how to translate apps and scopes in the standard ways using SDK tools, LP and etc.
Increasing priority to Medium.
