Bug Description
Currently the only way to access the Ubuntu SDK docs is through the get started page. However it is natural for current developers to expect that to also be available through the Resource -> Api -> 12.10 page.

If we add links here, it could potentially get messy as we have API's for scopes, html5, qml, webapps, etc, along with current and devel apis for each . . .
