Canno't set default shortcut of other command when unset

Bug Description

Example: tilix -> shortcut: ctrl + alt + t -> unset -> create shortcut for terminator -> add ctrl + alt + t
if unset the shortcut, when adding another system does not let
at first the system works fine, but over time the system does not let.

Update: it seems to happen when I reboot the system by sudo reboot,then an shortcut set that bug
