Bug Description

I'm unsure when they appear, and I'm unsure how to recreate these bugs.
What I can say, is that I used the default Ubuntu Budgie theme, and I have currently changed to the
pop theme, just to see if I get the same bugs / glitches on it.

The first one, which is also the most common one, is a small small arrow appearing randomly right next to the "task bar" (Not plank). The arrow will point towards it; if you have it at the top edge, the arrow will point up, and if the task bar is at the bottom, the arrow will point downwards, usually.
This one is an annoyance visually, but otherwise isn't in the way of functionality.

The second bug I get is random boxes appearing, usually at the lower part of the screen (for whatever reason). It usually just sticks to one box, but sometimes two manage to appear.
These boxes look like "visual mouse selection", as if you're "currently" marking/selecting an area on the Desktop.
All functionality within the boxes is blocked. The mouse can go over the boxes, but anything underneath these boxes cannot be clicked on, and as far as I remember, I don't even think tabbing to something underneath the boxes, and then pressing enter will work.

This is as thorough I can currently get.
If this is a duplicate, I'm very sorry that my frustrations took over, because I didn't check.

I will attach a screenshot when, or if, I meet this bug again.

I didn't get to take a screenshot (because I forget that I wrote this bug report), but I might have figured out when these visual bugs appear, and I might know how to recreate them; though it must be said, that are a bit random.

The selection area visual bug/glitch usually appears after a hibernation. When I hibernate my work laptop, it's usually over night, because I need to have the things I've got currently up for the next day. These persists across at least two themes: the standard budgie theme and the system76 theme.

The little arrow appears whenever a device is plugged in, but the bar is set to "auto hide" or something like that (I forget what that setting is called).

When it's set to show, it *might* appear for a short second, to then be partially overtaken by a larger box (I see what you did there, that's what I'd do in CSS as well).

Probably some useful information (dmidecode):

Marked it in red, as it can be a bit hard to see, but if you look closely, you can see it's there.
