Add a nice GRUB theme 2: Return of the bug that is not a bug

Bug Description

This is just a continuation of bug #1680844 in budgie-remix "Add a nice grub theme" from a year ago.

It was thought of as a good idea, but after some discussion, it was decided that Dharma, the beautiful Chakra Project GRUB theme, was too restrictive, and thus, could not be used.

Now, nearly a year later, I've found something. KDE Neon's default grub theme is simple, provides basic usage instructions, is already packaged for Ubuntu, and most importantly, is licensed under GPL.

It is too late for inclusion for 18.04 since we are well past user interface and feature freeze.

Happy to consider for 18.10

I'm aware of that. Thankfully, this will give us time to tweak it, should we decide to change the colors or font.

It's a shame that I can't find a nice theme that has images, but it's best to avoid those anyway, considering that they can't be trusted to display properly on all resolutions. A text only GRUB theme such as this will keep things much simpler on our end.

@fossfreedom I tweaked the theme some so it's a little less jarring to new users.

I lightened the background a little, and added a selection highlight.

I've been using "bug" as a working name.

Cheers. I will come back to look at this next month once the frantic part
of 18.04 is out of the way.

I appreciate the effort put in ... let's see how we can integrate this into
the iso.

We also have to decide on a name. We could leave it as bug-grub-theme, but we could probably figure out something better. And we also can't use grub-theme-breeze.

Thanks for the reminder Larry

What I can't figure out is how to edit /etc/default/grub to have an entry GRUB_THEME=/boot/grub/themes/bug-grub-theme/theme.txt

Probably have to do it in a debian/postinst type file

Will need to research that.

I've raised a github issue here to track: https://github.com/UbuntuBudgie/budgie-artwork/issues/18

The KDE Neon devs should be able to point you in the right direction.

On a side note, I think I've figured out what to call the grub theme.

As per Budgie's bird-based naming scheme, I'm thinking of calling it "Dove".

Doves are considered elegant, despite the only difference between them and the common pigeon being a nice coat of paint.

It would be best to check with the Solus devs first.
