Please sync vala 0.34.9-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main) to Ubuntu 17.04/Zesty

Changelog entries since current zesty version 0.34.7-1:

vala (0.34.9-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * debian/gbp.conf: Track {debian,upstream}-0.34 branches
  * debian/watch: Track only 0.34 releases
  * New upstream version 0.34.9
  * Update debian/libvala-0.34-0.symbols with new additions

@ricotz: This doesn't make any sense, artful currently has 0.36.4-1.

@jbicha: debian experimental now has a higher version that whatever you uploaded to artful, maybe it could be synced up if there are no relevant changes?

This is meant for zesty.

I assumed requestsync adds some more details while targeting a stable release.

Ok. Well, that's going to need the usual SRU template, declare what testing has been done etc etc.
And I'm not sure if using `syncpackage` is considered fine, or rather we should add a changelog entry.
