Uninstallable ubuntu-touch-meta

ubuntu-touch -> depends qml-module-ubuntu-components-gles on amd64

ubuntu-touch -> depends ubuntu-sdk-libs -> depends qml-module-ubuntu-components on amd64

the -gles and non-gles conflict resulting in ubuntu-meta uninstallable

This is critical and prevents migration of many packages.

I did mention on IRC though:

"it should (be possible to) work because that qml-module-ubuntu-components-gles Provides: qml-module-ubuntu-components. and at least on my yakkety it seems to do that right thing http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/23123088/ (ubuntu-sdk-libs already installed). but it could easily be too much for apt depending on the config."

But making the dependency chain shorter by getting rid of transitional dependencies might be helpful regardless and a good thing to do anyway (see bug #1583079 for example).

I do not see this problem in current zesty. You have to hint the installation with 'apt install ubuntu-touch webbrowser-app qml-module-ubuntu-components-gles', but there is a consistent solution for installability, and proposed-migration sees it without problem now.

Yes, livecd-roofs has a few hints set up for the installation of ubuntu-touch to succeed for some arches. That being said - yakkety is not a target for us anyway right now, closing as Won't Fix.
