cl-std-srvs binary package in Ubuntu Xenial amd64

 This package is part of Robot OS (ROS). It contains the LISP
 interface currently just the 'Empty' service, which is a common
 service pattern for sending a signal to a ROS node. No actual data is
 exchanged between the service and the client.
