Bug Description

[Impact]

 * Bluetooth connected speakers appear in the Bluetooth settings and the Sound settings of System Settings with a broken icon.

 * This change simply moves the missing icon in to the default set.

[Test Case]

 * Pair a Bluetooth speaker via the Bluetooth section of System Settings.
 * Once paired note that the icon appears as a small speaker and not a black square with a red warning symbol in (indicating a missing icon)
 * Once paired open the Sound Settings of System Settings and note that the Bluetooth speaker is displayed with the same speaker icon and not the broken icon.

[Regression Potential]

 * Very low. This patch simply adds the missing icon to the default set.

Request in with design for an icon. Failing that we could reuse the panel icon.

Turns out we just need to add the audio-speakers icon from the full icon set to our default on.

Thanks Will, I tweaked a bit the description to be a bit more detailed and updated the breaks/replaces versions in debian/control.in (forgot that was needed, I though it was doing automatically on the current version to avoid to manually do it/reminder to update) and I'm sponsoring the change

Hello Christophe, or anyone else affected,

Accepted adwaita-icon-theme into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/adwaita-icon-theme/3.18.0-2ubuntu3.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

If this package fixes the bug for you, please add a comment to this bug, mentioning the version of the package you tested, and change the tag from verification-needed to verification-done. If it does not fix the bug for you, please add a comment stating that, and change the tag to verification-failed. In either case, details of your testing will help us make a better decision.

Further information regarding the verification process can be found at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/QATeam/PerformingSRUVerification . Thank you in advance!

Confirming this fixes the bug.

Tested on a fresh-ish 16.04 install and upgraded via proposed.
