Bug Description
[Impact]
The X-Gene Merlin board will hang and then crash.
[Test Case]
Have both the 1G and 10G interfaces connected, configured, and up. Bring down the 1G interface via 'ifconfig eth0 down'. Start the iperf server, i.e. iperf -s. From a separate system on the same 10G network, run the client, i.e. iperf -c <10G ip address for merlin board under test>.
[Regression Risk]
The patches are well tested, upstream and in yakkety, and only impacts the xgene enet driver.
