Bug Description
Provide SPL/ZFS modules as part of the kernel binary. This replaces zfs-dkms which can take a long time to configure and build. ZFS is used as backing store for Ceph and other cloud file systems. Delivering ZFS within a DKMS package is inappropriate for many platforms due to the heavy weight toolchain and configure/build requirements.

Would it be possible to add the zfs-utils package as well (see bug #1548310)?
