toolbar example doesn't work

Using the current vivid version
"bzr checkout lp:ubuntu-ui-toolkit/staging; cd staging; qmlscene examples/ubuntu-ui-toolkit-gallery/Toolbar.qml"

the example has no toolbar showing, it did before the recent uitk update (the toolbar is deprecated in 1.2 but that code imports 0.1)

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

The toolbar is handled by the MainView, which in version 1.2 no longer supports the toolbar. So even if the import in Toolbar.qml is 0.1, we cannot show the toolbar. I will remove the toolbar example from the gallery.
