New upstream bugfix release 1.1.5 (LXC MRE)

We have released LXC 1.1.5 upstream: https://linuxcontainers.org/lxc/news

This will be the second and probably last upstream bugfix release to hit vivid. The upstream changes are detailed at the URL above.

As for testing, this version went through both automated testing (all the tests present in lxc-tests + the python3 API tests) as well as manual testing done by myself, LXC contributors and LXC users who've been building the git stable branch for a while now.

This release is being uploaded to:
 - xenial (dev release)
 - wily (SRU with MRE)
 - vivid (SRU with MRE)
 - trusty (backports)

We're looking forward to this consistency which should make keeping track of and fixing bugs significantly easier for us.

Ran into another small regression with this one, we'll very likely be pushing out a 1.1.6 with a few of the fixes bundled.
