Bug Description
A fresh install of 12.04.3 fails to upgrade to 14.04.
To reproduce:
1) Install 12.04.3 (I am using the amd64 version in a virtualbox VM)
2) Install all available software updates
3) Run update-manager -d to force the upgrade to the development release of Ubuntu
Expected results:
The upgrade runs and completes
Actual results:
update-manager reports "Could not calculate the upgrade. An unresolvable probolem occured while calculating the uprade". There are no details in the error dialog about what went wrong.
