Bug Description
All the available nvidia modules should be loaded by udev, so that the system does not have to rely on X or on any other component (such as nvidia-modprobe) to load these modules when needed. It is fair to assume that, when users install the nvidia driver, they intend to use it.
We rejected the inclusion of the nvidia-modprobe tool over security concerns, in favour of adopting a udev based solution, which this report is about.
