gir1.2-grip incorrectly installs in multi-arch path

Bug Description

gir1.2-grip incorrectly installs its typelib files in a multi-arch path. GIR does not (yet) support multi-arch typelibs.

The typelib should be installed in /usr/lib/girepository-1.0
