indicator-sound menu icon disappeared after volume down to zero

Bug Description
On the HP commercial notebooks, there're function keys to control volume.
The menu volume icon will be disappeared if we volume down
(with key combination: Fn+F6, you can also emulate the keys with "xdotool key XF86AudioLowerV
But if we just zero down volume(with the single volume on/off button), then logout and back in, the volume icon is still there.
This issue is fixed with installing indicator-
