Bug Description

In trusty-vivid, how-can-i-help was not using https. UDD access is now https only, so it needs this diff applied to those versions:

15.10 (Wily Werewolf) contains fixed (11) version so it's unaffected by this bug.

I've tested Wily (15.10) and Xenial (16.04) and they are both unaffected by this issue (they are both using how-can-i-help v11).
