Bug Description

build: 20130924

TEST CASE:
1. Load the messaging app and create a long message using OSK in portrait mode. For this test I have created a message spanning 7 lines, with each line consisting of characters 1111..., 2222..., 3333..., etc. for each relevant line. (see screenshot attached)
2. Once this is done, scroll the message back to the top so that the top line (1) is visible
3. Now scroll back to the bottom of the message and try to select anywhere on lines 5, 6 or 7

EXPECTED RESULT:
It should be easy to select a position in the text anywhere on lines 5, 6 or 7

ACTUAL RESULT:
It is very difficult to select any position in the text on line 5 or 6 and impossible to select line 7 at all. This would make it impossible for a user to edit text they have already written without having to delete everything up to that point.

See the attached screen shot which shows the message detail.

If the user scrolls back to the top of the message so lines 1-5 are being displayed, it is possible to select the bottom line 5 quite easily. The problem only seems to be for the last lines of the message. i.e. when lines 3-7 are being displayed, you cannot select anywhere on line 7.

It is not specific to the messaging app but a defect in the textarea component. I can reproduce it with the application 'Ubuntu Tasks'.
