OpenSC fails to authenticate with firefox

OpenSC 0.13.0 has regression which prevents using smartcard with firefox.
I found patch from fedora project

If I build package with this patch, then I can use smartcard again

Tested this patch (which is also included upstream), and it works correctly.

Before the patch I was unable to authenticate to http://www.test.eid.belgium.be/.
After the patch, it works fine.

Thanks for your work. Rebased the patch on the latest version and uploaded to Trusty.

Before this can be uploaded to Saucy, you need to update the bug description according to <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates#Procedure>.
