Bug Description

Lightdm seems to ignore the selected session type for guest sessions on trusty.

to reproduce:
0/ install gnome-fallback-session
1/ go to guest account
2/ select session type "gnome (metacity)"
3/ click button to open session

expected behavior:
gnome session opens

actual behavior:
unity session opens

Is this really new for trusty? I would have thought that you never have been able to select session type for the guest session that way. Please note that no guest account exists by the time you click the button; a temporary account is created afterwards.

Anyway, I just wanted to chime in with the suggestion that if this gets fixed somehow, it would be great if also the language chooser (currently only on lightdm-gtk-greeter) could be used to set the language for a guest session on the fly. I suppose the code would be quite similar.
