Missing dependency: geoclue-gypsy

Testing with Cordova Ubuntu 2.8 on Saucy (desktop).

Test case:
- Install Cordova Ubuntu 2.8.
- Install cordova-ubuntu-tests.
- In command line, execute /usr/bin/cordova-ubuntu-2.8 /usr/share/cordova-ubuntu-tests/cordovamobilespec/www/

Actual result:
- Some debug warnings can be read: "Could not reference provider: The name org.freedesktop.Geoclue.Providers.Gypsy was not provided by any .service filesFile API test Init".

After installing geoclue-gypsy, this warnings disappear.
