Desktop file doesn't load Mobile Spec Suite

Tested both in desktop Raring and Ubuntu Touch image 20130918.1

Test case:
- Install cordova-ubuntu-tests.
- Go to the Dash.
- Search for cordova-ubuntu-tests.
- Run the application.

Expected result:
- A Cordova view must load Mobile Spec Suite.

Actual result:
- A blank page is displayed.

Exec=/usr/bin/cordova-ubuntu-2.8 /usr/share/cordova-ubuntu-tests/www

1. Correct path is /usr/share/cordova-ubuntu-tests/cordovamobilespec/www
2. --desktop_file_hint argument must be added for the phone.
