Bug Description

TEST CASE:
1. Load the camera and set the zoom level to maximum
2. Take a picture at maximum zoom
3. Load the gallery to view the photo

EXPECTED RESULT:
The photo should be correctly labelled under the current date

ACTUAL RESULT:
The photo has a creation date of 2002:12:08 12:00:00, so the gallery is displaying it according to this date.

I confirmed this by checking the exif data from the photo file itself:
Date/Time Original : 2002:12:08 12:00:00
Create Date : 2002:12:08 12:00:00

See attached for a view of the gallery showing this date and also the original image file containing incorrect exif data.

Confirmed on Nexus4. Cannot repro on grouper. The underlying issue appears to be a problem in the android components:

Here's the link to the non-duped bug. The issue was fixed in Android 4.3:
https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=42246

Also that above comment should be "cannot repro on maguro", not grouper.

After changing zoom factor, some exif item is left out
    because of duplicated add command.
