Glipper does not appear in the Dash

Bug Description

In 12.10

after installing Glipper, i can't find it in the Dash. See screenshot.

WORKAROUND: find it using "ALT-F2" instead.

Dash doesn't find Glipper. Program description says it only runs from the terminal.

I think this was fixed for Ubuntu 13.10 with

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/glipper/2.4-4

glipper should autostart so there's no reason to need to start it manually from the Dash.

On the other hand, the appindicator support is broken in Ubuntu 13.10, see bug 1203888 for more details.
