Lenovo M4400s Screen will blink between normal and green

BIOS: J8ET09WW (0.09 )

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4010U CPU @ 1.70GHz
GPU: Intel Corporation Haswell-ULT Integrated Graphics Controller [8086:0a16] & NVIDIA Corporation Device [10de:1290]

After Ubuntu boot up, screen will blink between normal and green.

The hardware is ok, Windows 8 and BIOS is OK. If I try to disable the kernel mode set by adding "nomodeset" to grub, screen will stop to blink.

commit a65851af59387146a28a928c3e7bb17dabc5db72 in upstream fixed this issue, will send backport patch to stable kernel.
