Bug Description

SRU Justification:

Impact:
Every upload of Xen in Precise and Quantal produces an email from Launchpad complaining about that. Just has slacked because it seems non-fatal and by the time of a new upload I usually forgot about it.

Fix:
Trying to fix this by removing the offending duplicate in the .po file.

Testcase:
Upload without complaint.

Note that I am not sure this can still be observed with the way the MRE uploads were done (via the kernel-team PPA). I used to get the reports from Launchpad after uploading and compilation into the archive. As mentioned in the SRU text I just removed a duplicate ID number from the .po file (this problem was no longer present in Xen 4.2 and later).
