Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

The attached patch contains some patches against current ubiquity master implementing support for live images using Debian's live-boot in place of casper.
Some path are now hardcoded for casper, whie the proposed patches provide support for both.

The Precise Pangolin has reached end of life, so this bug will not be fixed for that release
