opencv pkgconfig file has the wrong include dir

Bug Description
After install opencv core, and development files, I am having problem with finding the cv.h files.
Please let me know what you need.
Here is a few command line output:

Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu. The new path should be /usr/include/ opencv2. This should be fixed for Quantal and then SRUd to Precise.
