Before I build the next bisected kernel, I'd like you have a test kernel with commit 4949be16822e92a18ea0cc1616319926628092ee reverted. That test kernel is available at:

Can folks affected by this bug test that kernel and report back if it allows you to boot. If it does, we know what commit introduced this bug. If it does not allow you to boot, we can continue with the bisect.
