This incorrect configuration has been verified to be in Natty (2.6.38), Oneiric (3.0) and Precice (3.2) release kernels. I would assume they are also in updated kernels for these releases as well. Please fix the Natty and Oneiric kernels in the next SRU release cycle. Precise can be fixed and uploaded with the next kernel build.
