gnome-control-center - mixed strings in french and hebrew

TEST CASE:
1. Install 12.04 in French, reboot and login
2. Go to g-c-c/language support and install Hebrew
3. Set Hebrew as default language (move it to the first position)
4. Close g-c-c, logout/login in Hebrew
5. Go to g-c-c/language support and set French as default language
6. Close g-c-c, logout/login in French
7. Open g-c-c again and look the name of the applets

ACTUAL RESULT
Most applets are in French but some are in Hebrew

EXPECTED RESULT
All applets are in French

Thank you for your bug report, what does "locale" says when you get the issue? Could you add your .pam_environment and .profile to the bug?

That test indicates that the issue is simply explained by a time lag in the French translation.
